• Voice & Video (Agora): When you use voice or video calls within a game session, audio and video data is transmitted through Agora.io's real-time communication infrastructure. Between Us does not store your voice or video data. Agora's use of this data is governed by Agora's Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Enable real-time gameplay between participants.
• Transmit in-session voice and video using Agora's SDK.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability.

We do not sell your personal information, use your data for advertising, or store voice, video, or chat content beyond the duration of a session.

3. Data Retention

All game session data (chat messages, voice notes, and game activity) is ephemeral — it exists only for the duration of a session and is not permanently stored on our servers after the session ends.

4. Screenshot & Screen Recording Protection

Between Us uses device-level screenshot and screen recording protection to help maintain the privacy of your in-session content. On supported devices, screenshots and screen recordings may be blocked or trigger a notification within the app. By using the app you acknowledge this feature.

5. Children's Privacy

Between Us is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under this age. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
